Refund & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Nvibes products are made-to-order; returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
    • The item is damaged,
    • The wrong item was sent, or
    • The wrong size was sent.
  • For other reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong size), exchanges are allowed but:
    • No inventory is held due to print-on-demand production.
    • Exchange fee ranges from $9.99 to $25.99 per item, depending on the product.

How to Request a Return / Exchange

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at service@thenursevibes.com, including your order number and photos showing the issue/defect.
  2. Pack the item unworn and in its original packaging, attach the return label if provided.
  3. Purchase 1 exchange fee per item and select your desired size at checkout.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided by customer service.
    • You are responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to Nvibes error.
  5. We cannot start processing your exchange until we receive the returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund yet:
    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company or bank (refund processing may take time).
    3. If still not received, email us at service@thenursevibes.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
    underwear, socks, sleepwear, hair accessories, earrings, and similar intimate or personal items.
  • We cannot provide returns/exchanges for accidental damage caused during laundering or dry-cleaning, including stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkling, tears, ripping, bleaching, ironing, heat damage, seam or button damage.

Lost Packages

  • Nvibes is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
